This course is designed for the newly promoted company officer or firefighters aspiring to be company officers. The goals of this course are meant to inspire you and provide the tools and knowledge needed to lead by example with your actions and your attitude which will ultimately change your organization in a positive way. Topics discussed are leadership traits, team building, attitudes, accountability, discipline and other important topics. The instructor will combine the values he learned in the military with important fire service values. Students will leave with a newfound passion for your position and turn your actions into influence.
