This session will focus on the identification of technology trends vs. fads, and how to leverage what others are doing in related industries such as foodservice, hospitality and retail. Additionally, we will identify and explore the impact of consumer technologies that can be used to lower technology risk and investment, while providing platforms to build on. Attendees will take-away strategies to help them in developing and implementing their technology roadmap for success.
