Do you know the difference between being a mentor and a mentee? In this interactive session we will define some of the key identifiers for being a good mentor. Examples include: Building trust, being a good listener, showing encouragement, being reliable, and having fun. We will also cover the basics for being a good mentee. Additionally, we’ll teach you the importance how to be proactive, trustworthy, patient, a good listener and committed. Learn how to ask someone to be your mentor and what tips to use to help start the conversation. As an audience member, come prepared to be open and honest and be ready for change.
