Rappahannock County High School's special education department faces a critical capacity challenge with four of five teachers lacking experience in evidence-based IEP development and progress monitoring. This project addresses Component 5.5 by designing culturally responsible professional development that embeds adult learning principles to enhance outcomes for students with exceptionalities through systemic implementation of the Journity AI platform.
