The presentation will share results from a qualitative study that analyzed focus group interview data collected from administrators of schools with the mission to meet diverse student needs in a school community committed to a culture of true belonging and rightful presence. The presentation will also share application examples of lessons learned. Presenters will share a resource that was informed by the study. This publicly available guide supports implementation practices at the school and classroom level to build a system that fosters rightful presence for students who benefit from intensive support and other intersecting identities.
