Building Strong Coteaching Teams: Supports and Strategies (Room 207 A second floor)

Do you need ideas for supporting co-teachers? In Georgia’s second-largest school district, we are focusing on strengthening coteaching practices. Come to this session to learn ways to get both the general education teacher and the special education teacher involved in classroom instruction. From roles and responsibilities to engaging both teachers in purposeful planning and intentional instruction; this session will provide you with ideas to walk away with for building and sustaining strong coteaching classrooms. We will share how multiple data sources drive and monitor our innovative framework. In addition, presenters will engage participants by highlighting resources and providing tips and strategies to be successful in your role. ​
