This session will offer a proven and successful approach to estimating that will produce the data necessary to validate an estimate, leading to a potentially profitable project. We will discuss proven innovative techniques to evaluate and check the estimate for accuracy and details and provide real estimates to illustrate the various scenarios and data analysis.
