While great safety performance always starts with the executive/senior leadership of an organization, front-line leaders are critical for managing safety performance on a day-to-day basis. Without effective safety leadership by front-line leaders, any change effort will be unsuccessful. This session will identify the toughest safety challenges every leader faces, the drivers of great safety performance and more. It will provide personal experiences of change efforts from companies and employees within different industries, including electrical contracting.
