The Council on Industrial Relations is a 100-year-old IBEW-NECA panel that is mutually agreed by the parties to be the final and binding arbitration for bargaining and dispute resolution in our collective bargaining agreements. This panel will share experiences while serving on CIR and provide feedback on what they need from you when attempting to settle your case.
