The inclusion of a piece work component within agreements can be very beneficial to NECA members. Spectra Electrical Services, a NECA member in Arizona, has utilized extensively over the past three years on projects totaling more than 500,000 square feet of work. This session will discuss benefits, lessons learned, suggestions for success and how to get local buy-in.
