Engage and Change the Workforce Development Model (Room 202)

Construction Wireman/Construction Electrician classifications allow recruitment at all levels and provide work opportunities until the apprenticeship cycle comes around each year. This session will discuss how Miller Electric Company and the North Florida Chapter of NECA have been successful in engaging prospective employees and how NECA contractors can engage and change our workforce development model. Other ways to use recruitment as a tool across all levels of the organization will also be discussed.
