Most contractors view estimating and bidding as a means to getting work and do not think much past bid day. In reality, estimating is the foundation of a successful project. This session will discuss how to identify an ideal project and methods for transiting from estimating to bidding and onto building the project. We'll accomplish this through a technique for fine-tuning your estimating process and developing valuable project management tools.
