Tracks: Implementation and Operation
The U.S. Army Combat Readiness Center serves to prevent loss across the entire Army. However, the organization doesn’t have command authority to institute change – as Brig. Gen. Andrew Hilmes can only inform and advise Army senior leadership. Safety begins with culture and leadership. In this session, Hilmes will share the methodology that led to the creation of three loss-prevention information campaigns that were highly successful and positively impacted the entire Army. A multimedia presentation will feature data and trends that drive communication efforts. You’ll learn about the challenges faced in reaching target audiences and the successes achieved in preserving the Army’s most precious resource – its soldiers.
