Organizational change doesn’t happen overnight. It takes persistence, patience, perseverance and proactive evaluation to begin to chip away at the glacier of organizational stasis. Most organizational change fails as a result of unrealistic expectations. Glaciers calve after years of movement; we must understand that the same applies to our organization. We can achieve greatly only if we’re willing to fail greatly. In this session, we’ll look at the steps needed to chip away at our glaciers and achieve organizational success.
