PMAI - Leveraging Artificial Intelligence to Mitigate Project Risk
Regardless of the industry, project managers spend a large percentage of their time on administrative tasks instead of managing projects. With the inclusion of Artificial Intelligence, we can introduce an Augmented Intelligence tool for project managers to reduce the risk of failed projects. With 81% of project management respondents noting that AI has impacted their organization in a 2019 study conducted by the Project Management Institute (PMI), AI will soon emerge into the project management practice, creating a competitive advantage for organizations to develop a tool such as this. Within this presentation, we will discuss how AI can be leveraged as a tool to mitigate risk in digital transformations, how the term AI should be understood as Augmented Intelligence instead of Artificial Intelligence, and how a solution such as this will allow project managers to focus on more value-added activities in a project.
