The capabilities of a shop should be clearly communicated, quotes should be returned within 24 hours and technology should be used to improve inefficiencies and eliminate bottlenecks. COVID-19 has accelerated the need for shops to invest in digital transformation initiatives, so they have the proper tools in place to meet and exceed their customers’ growing expectations.
