By attending this session, you will walk away with an action plan to reduce stress and anxiety in your life in the upcoming months. Here is how; stress is a fact of life. There is no way to escape it, but you can learn to use stress to your advantage. In this session, participants will learn the physiology of anxiety and how it differs from stress. You will also learn how to harness the energy provided by tension-filled situations and turn them into solutions that will lower your anxiety. At the beginning of the session, you will list the three most stressful situations you face. By the end of it, you will design solutions to those problems that will lower your anxiety and help you become more effective.
