Tube Bending: Best Practices, Processes and Outcomes
A high level and technical overview of tube and pipe bending, from machine set-up to manufacturing to delivery. The presentation will outline the different types of bending, and the machine technology used, including pros and cons of equipment, costs, and requirements. Tooling will also be covered: ways to reduce machine set-up time, increase usage, and impact on delivery, plus guidance and tips on types tooling needed in the bending process, such as clamps and wipers. The speaker will compare and contrast manufacturing processes and share theories and strategies for multiple tube bending applications: varying raw materials, ways to reduce drag, when to apply pressure, and tolerances. Information about the programming involved to set up the machine, based on the type of bending (both offset and torque) and the parameters of the project will also be covered. Examples and use-cases will be used to illustrate the concepts presented.

Novel Lubrication for Tube Forming & Mandrel Tube Bending
With modern lubrication, companies can maximize bending and forming processes. But what chemistries work the best for certain processes and substrates? Learn which have proven results with respect to performance and cost. Discuss your process variables and case studies to help set you in the right direction for success.
