Designed for small groups and hosted in the Expo Hall, these interactive presentations feature equipment demonstrations, hands-on time and an opportunity for questions and answers. OSHA lists 14 required pieces of information that need to be on every entry permit. This session will review the information OSHA requires on each permit and will discuss these requirements including: Supervisory and employee responsibities, Training procedures, Management of change, Periodic reviews, and Coordination of information with other parties needing access to the space.
