A certified ALICE (Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, Evacuate) instructor discusses how to protect your company from an active aggressor, how to prepare your company for a violent act, and how to enable employees to react properly. An OSHA Alliance company, they also discuss the requirements for a separate Emergency response plan to react to all potential hazards in the workplace.
