After the passage of the Farm Bill in 2018 that established hemp federally as an agricultural commodity, permanently removing it from regulation as a controlled substance, the US Hemp Roundtable has continued to play an instrumental role in pushing for additional legislation and full legalization at the state and federal level. The US Hemp Roundtable is also focused on a number of diversity and sustainability initiatives to more positively impact the industry as a whole. Learn more about the laws by state and new bills being passed that are directly impacting the pet CBD industry and the tremendous strides that have been made over the past 2 years.
