The guest experience is created through a culmination of events throughout the guest visit. These events all impact each other, creating a “domino effect” which can lead to exasperating any negative experiences. To avoid this, staff, managers, and owners should be situationally aware of everything happening within their venue. This session focuses on how to anticipate the guest’s needs, and explores solutions to prevent any negative “domino effects”. It also helps you unleash the perspective that will show you "how" to change and improve every element of your venue, staff, and guest experience.
