Dr. Howard will review the new NIOSH Future of Work Initiative. He will review the changes we are seeing in the Workplace, like new organization designs and new work arrangements; changes in Work like robotics, exoskeletons and the use of artificial intelligence; and changes in the Workforce like the widening skills gap and the effect of automation on job security. He will also stress the importance of COVID-19 vaccination as critical component of the Future of Work.
