Despite our advances in technology and analytics in safety, there is one thing that is still elusive and unknown to us: where and when will the next fatality happen?
The holy grail is to predict the next fatality, but that would be psychic, not science. Or would it? This session will take you where no one has gone before - to boldly offer an 'early warning system' of latent triggers that precede fatal accidents. It is called the 'Co-efficient of Chronic Unease'.
