This session is designed for safety professionals who have assumed environmental responsibilities within their organization or want to learn more about major federal environmental regulations. We’ll discuss the basic requirements of the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, and Comprehensive Emergency Response and Compensation and Liability Act, as well as how they apply in industry and the public sector. You’ll leave with an outline of how to manage your environmental programs.
