An injury-free workplace requires effective ongoing engagement of all employees actively caring for the safety of themselves and their co-workers. This workshop will explain and illustrate how to make that happen. You’ll learn eight safety-outcome objectives – each implicating six evidence-based safety-action directives for successfully addressing the human dynamics of injury prevention and cultivating an actively-caring-for-people (AC4P) culture. In addition, you’ll receive a workbook that includes illuminating text, instructive illustrations and relevant references.
