In this workshop, CableLabs will present the Proactive Network Maintenance ApplicatioN Environment (PNMANE) which is a framework for developing PNM solutions. Cox will present a novel approach to managing DOCSIS partial service mode and related channel impairments, utilizing an automated system designed to augment existing HFC performance improvement efforts, as well as drive down customer related issues and costs.
