After implementing an internal CE/CW training program, this session will highlight how one NECA member has successfully mentored, trained and steered the programs applicants towards careers in the industry ranging from apprenticeship programs to engineering design. Statistics, job impacts, testimonials and overall program success will be discussed. Utilizing this contractor's program, 63% of participants have entered the apprenticeship, 12% have increased their skill as a CE/CW and 25 percent are pursuing other technical careers within the electrical industry.
