Prefabrication has been a growing trend among electrical contractors and is becoming increasingly important to stay on time, on budget and relevant in local markets. Prefabrication also allows for electrical contractors to realize the tangential benefits of improved safety and coordination with other trades through BIM and standardization. This session will identify characteristics of strategic manufacturer partners and will explain how prefabrication can increase contractor productivity, to identify opportunities that can increase profitability.
