Conveyor Lubrication, Cleaning and Wear Monitoring
This presentation will cover the positive results that are achieved when a conveyor is properly cleaned and lubricated. Reduced parts rejects, extended conveyor life and reduced power consumption can be achieved. It will also review the information that a conveyor monitoring system collects. This information can be used to prevent conveyor downtime, increase conveyor life expectancy and increase production.

Chain-On-Edge Systems for Liquid Paint or Powder Coating
Chain-on-edge systems provide excellent production capabilities for small parts and some parts that are not so small. This includes items smaller than golf balls to items the size of wheels for SUV's, steel plates and medium size assemblies. The systems allow for automation in loading and unloading the conveyor system. After product is loaded, automatic finishing with reciprocators, part rotation, or robotic painting can take place.
