ROOM CHANGE: Morning Wake Up and Warm Up (Room 201/202)

Start the day with a short program of stretching and limbering and a bit of weight lifting (the weight being your own limbs). Most exercises are performed sitting in a chair and will rev your motors gently, clear the cobwebs from the night before, and send you off to breakfast or the first lecture with a clear head and the kinks out. I am offering it in memory of the wonderful stretching we had with Skinner & Yvonne at bygone HalloweeMs.
