Employee retention and culture is an important aspect to any business, but especially the craft brewing industry. Developing and maintaining a culture that increases employee retention is crucial to the success and growth of a business. Members of the Craft Beer HR group will lead a panel discussion on how as owners, managers, and human resource professionals we can drive retention and reduce turnover.
