Ask The Brewmasters: Cold Side Operations Forum (Room Mile High Ballroom 1)

This panel discussion of 4 brewing experts will offer observations and answer questions on the subject area of cold side operations. All questions ranging from wort cooling through to the bright beer tank will be considered. This expert team has over 100 years of combined brewing experience in operations ranging from small brewpubs to large multi-nationals, and just about everything in between. Join panelists Ashton Lewis, Molly Browning, James Ottolini and Mitch Steele for their observations and a lively Q&A session with the audience. Andy Tveekrem will moderate.
