This session will explore how MasTec identified both high-frequency and high-severity events across the organization and turned analysis into practical rules that resulted in double-digit decreases in both injury rates and property damage. We’ll review development of the case for change for safety performance, aligning business leaders to a new safety agenda, engaging employees and defining safety expectations, and establishing clear consequences for rule noncompliance.
