In this rapid-paced session, participants will join an experienced educator and a former Disney Imagineer to explore the elements of the Disney customer experience that make it one of the most highly-regarded companies in the world, and will consider the question, “How can we apply these lessons to our work as educators.” We will look at how Disney engages and uplifts their guests and empowers their employees through the lenses of culture, environment, leadership, and staff development.
