C302 | Empower All Learners With a Personal Learning Backpack (Room SOUTH 310D)

We want all our learners to take ownership of their learning. In this interactive session, participants will have an opportunity to explore a variety of tools, apps, and resources to build a "Personal Learning Backpack" that can support their learner’s challenges and strengths. Learn how to create "Learner Profiles" that consider the learning strategies and skills students need in order to be more independent and self-directed. Templates will be provided for each participant. Demonstrations will include apps and tools that provide students with voice and choice to access and process information, engage with content, and express what they know and understand.
