You don’t have to be an accountant or financial analyst to interpret your private duty financials or other dashboard indicators. With the typical slim margins faced in private duty, it is critical that management is able to understand their financial and related reporting in order to manage their operations effectively. This program will teach participants what a desirable private duty financial statement looks like and how to interpret the financial statements and related dashboards for operational success.
