This session will provide an overview of the NCP Clinical Practice Guidelines for Quality Palliative Care, 4th edition, updated for all people with living with serious illness, regardless of setting, diagnosis, prognosis, or age. Specific discussion will include how to implement the Guidelines in community-based palliative care provider settings.
