This session will discuss the Review Choice Demonstration for home health services delivered by providers operating in the Palmetto GBA/JM Jurisdiction in the states of Illinois, Ohio, North Carolina, Florida, and Texas. We will review data analysis of the RCD Demonstration and discuss why 5 states are affected. We will review the process for the demonstration, the timeline of the state demonstration, and discuss the 3 options for the demonstration, and discuss how to submit for RCD. We will discuss the documentation requirements, present tools that will facilitate proper documentation, and explain the benefits of eServices application. We will explain the functions that are available in eServices center, discuss new features that are available in eServices, and review and discuss various resources available for providers
