The Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) governs all U.S. theme parks, water parks, museums, FECs and zoos. While most facilities understand their obligations regarding construction and rehabilitation of the property, compliance related to operational policies and guest interactions is often far murkier. This session will look at theoretical situations where ADA compliance is implicated, challenge participants to think creatively about a compliance strategy and kick-start compliance planning back home.
