21 Aug 18
1:15 PM - 3:45 PM

Tracks: Ergonomics & EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), Workshops

In Spring 2018, there will be a new global standard for safer workplaces that has been in development for five years and involved input from more than 75 countries across six continents. The voluntary consensus standard — known as ISO 45001 — is meant to provide a framework that companies can use to increase employee safety, reduce workplace risks and improve business outcomes worldwide. This workshop will review the key elements of a World-Class Ergonomics process, work through a hands-on Gap Analysis, and provide you with a strategy to align a management system to your ergonomics improvement process.
