To WABCO, a leading supplier of technologies and services that improve the safety, efficiency and connectivity of commercial vehicles, preventing accidents and working safely is a condition of employment for its 13,000 employees in 40 countries. To ensure this level of safety, it implemented a global ergonomics process in 2014 that successfully continues today. The presenters will share how team members were able to demonstrate value to obtain management support, implement ergonomics training across the globe, drive the improvement process to reduce MSDs, and use metrics to track and share results.
