The National Safety Council recently collaborated with three Campbell Institute members to understand the role fatigue plays in their operations at selected locations. Research participants took part in a two-part survey consisting of an operational needs assessment and an employee survey. This session will present the tools used to assess fatigue risk and the suggested countermeasures to address the potential warning signs revealed by survey responses. Two research participants will share what they learned about their organization’s results and how they plan to implement countermeasures to reduce their location’s fatigue risk.
