Property Managers are critical in managing and minimizing the impact of water penetration of the building envelope. Understanding the causes of the water penetrations into the building envelope and implementing “Corrective Action” is critical to successfully addressing these issues. This session will focus on the common causes of water related issues and briefly provide an overview of how to identify the cause, repair the issue and manage the ongoing situation.
