What financing options are there available through Native-owned Financial Institutions (BIA, SBA, USDA, etc)? Increasing the frequency and/or length of stay - what assets and resources does the Tribe have that could be utilized? Every Tribe is different with unique natural resources, cultural heritage and human capital.
