This class covers fireground operational considerations when a quint ladder or a nontraditional ladder truck (i.e., aerial apparatus with stored CAFS) is the only truck on the alarm and the components of a successful quint training program. Fire departments of varying sizes use nontraditional ladder trucks on the fireground.
