MIPS Office Hours with CMS (Room Ballroom DE)

During this 60-minute, interactive session, attendees will have the opportunity to ask pressing questions about Medicare’s Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) in a discussion with the Director of the Center for Clinical Standards and Quality and CMS Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Kate Goodrich. Dr. Goodrich oversees Medicare’s quality payment program, and has actively engaged with MGMA to address group practice concerns and recommendations. After a brief recap of key details of the 2017 and pending 2018 MIPS requirements, Dr. Goodrich will answer questions from attendees about how MIPS applies to medical group practices and what they need to do to succeed in the program.
