With provider shortages and cost cutting in an era of declining reimbursement, organizations are tapping into advanced practice clinicians (APCs) - nurse practitioners and physicians assistants - to provide more cost-efficient care, improve access and enhance patient experience. This presentation will focus on how APCs are being utilized to achieve organizational goals and how to structure compensation programs to align with models of care.
