Training, Simulation, and Education programs offer significant value to improve military preparedness and mission outcomes. Yet, it is now necessary to add bottom line and ROI funding justifications to support government mandates for decreased costs, higher value through improved efficiencies and outcomes, and expanded, sustainable capabilities to compensate for continuing funding decreases. This workshop introduces a ROI Methodology to show value in terms that government, military, and corporate executives understand and desire to make initial and ongoing funding decisions.
