15 years ago, the pattern nation states followed from diplomacy to armed conflict was predictable and well understood. Because of the risks and capabilities created through Cyber Espionage and Warfare, that pattern has shifted dramatically. This presentation will briefly discuss, how the US is losing and the seismic shift in the pattern from diplomacy to armed conflict. It will also address how best to stem this tide and integrate cyber training into the military’s more traditional combined arms training.
